Isabella S.

Founder

Isabella has over ten years of experience in education. She has taught all ages, from kindergarten to high school, in the United States and internationally, focusing in Special Services, Literature, English as a Second Language (ESL), and General Education. She has proctored the official SAT multiple times. (Luckily, she’s never had to terminate a student’s test for a phone ringing!) Isabella stepped out of the classroom in 2018 to focus on her work with individual clients. This decision aligned with her passion for holistic, relationship-driven teaching and coaching. Her goal is to guide clients to their personal goals—both educational and professional—and help chart a path to achieving them.

Isabella believes that an authentic voice and a genuine presentation of identity are paramount to any success—whether it’s on a college application or a job application. She uses a variety of techniques to help clients succeed, from individualized action plans, study schedules, and customized college lists to resume review, mock interviews, and presentation prep.

Isabella holds a BA from NYU in English and American Literature and Pre-Medicine with minors in Creative Writing, Studio Art, and Chemistry. She has worked with clients in the United States, Spain, Malta, Argentina, Andorra, China, India, Japan, South Korea, and Emirates.

She’s an absolute nerd about the English language and speaks professional-level Spanish. (She’s teaching herself French and Swedish… but services are not—yet?—offered in these languages!)
